S.O. 2389(E).— in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes The Tahsildar, Kesinga as the Competent Authority to
perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in
the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 173/350 to Km. 177/120 of the National Highway No. 201
for Construction of ROB and its approaches in the State of Odisha, as specified in the schedule given below.
