S.O. 2646(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes the Sub Collector, Madanapalle as the competent
authority to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land for Construction of ROBs from Km. 126/0 to Km.
200/0 of NH-205 (New NH-42) and Km. 56/0 to km. 59/0 of NH-340 in the state of Andhra Pradesh, as specified in the
schedule given below.
