NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th November, 2016
S.O. 3467(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Sub-Divisional Officer,
Taloda as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from
Km.80.000 to Km.82.020, Km. 84.235 to Km. 94.535, Km. 94.665 to Km.97.800, Km.99.300 to Km.99.350
& Km. 99.750 to Km.118.430 of the National Highway No.753-B (New) for building (widening / four-laning,
etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Maharashtra as specified in the Schedule given
below.
