Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.892 (E) dated the 1st April 2013,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 1st April 2013 and
subsequently amended vide S.O.358 (E) dated the 5th February 2015, S.O.2959 (E) dated the 30th October 2015,
