NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2016
S.O. 3040(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2798 (E), dated 3rd November, 2009
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated 3rd November, 2009, and
subsequently amended vide S.O. 3050(E) dated 28th December, 2012, and S.O. 2032 (E) dated 5th July, 2013, namely:-
In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification:-
1. Against Sl. No. 3 under column (7), after the entry (5) Dabok, the entry (6) Bamaniya Khet, (7) Dhunimata shall be
inserted, and the existing entry number 6 and 7 shall be read as number 8 and 9.
2. Against Sl. No. 4 under column (7) after the entry (6) Sarayen, the entry (7) Rawatpura Toos shall be inserted and
the existing entries from 7 to 14 shall be read as from 8 to 15.
