S.O. 2521(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby authorize the Joint Collector, Sree Potti Sree Ramulu Nellore District
as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km 163+400 to km 183+400
of the National Highway No. 71 for building (widening / six-Laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the
State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
