S.O. 932(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956
(48 of 1956) and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport &
Highways number S.O. 2375(E) dated: 06.08.2013, S.O. 674(E) dated 04.03.2015 & S.O. 3182(E) dated 29.09.2017
except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession the Central Government hereby
authorizes the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA) NH-209, Dindigul as the Competent Authority to perform the
functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official
Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0/000 to Km. 118/700 (Dindigul – Pollachi Section) of NH 209 for
building (Widening / Four / Six laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Tamil Nadu as
specified in the Schedule given below:—
