NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
S.O. 218(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land
Acquisition Officer Amroha as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority
under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in
respect of the stretch of land from Km. 93.000 to Km.146.100 of the National Highway No.24 for
building (widening / Six-laning/Bypass construction, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in
the State of Uttar Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
