New Delhi, the 28th March, 2017
S.O. 975(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District Revenue Officer
Panchkula, Haryana as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of Stretch of land
at RD 0.00 (Trumpet take off point) starting from NH 22 at km. 54.533 and terminating at km. 3.800 of NH
21A (New NH-105) for construction of Pinjore Bypass from km 0.00 to 7.70 of NH-21A (New NH-105) in
the State of Haryana as specified in the Schedule given below:—
