SO. 1467 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act,1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
corresponding entry in column (4),(5),(6),and (7) for District, Tehsil, Police Station and name of village respectively of
the said schedule for Widening to two laning with paved shoulder of National Highway Starting from its junction with
NH-60 near Malegaon connecting to Kusumba-Lamkani-Dondaicha-Sarangkheda, and terminating at its junction with
NH–752G near Shahada in the State of Maharashtra ( National Highway No. 160H) section 0/00 Km to 96/00 in the
