NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th June, 2017
S.O. 1837(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport And Highways, number S.O.2405(E), dated the 17th September
2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), dated the 17th September, 2014
namely:-
(a) In the said notification, wherever the entry “Andhra Pradesh”, is mentioned the entry “Telangana” shall be
substituted;
(b) in the Schedule,
(i) in the table Column (2) for the entry “Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet”, the entry “Revenue
Divisional Officer, Toopran”, shall be substituted
(ii) in the table Column (2) for the entry “Revenue Divisional Officer, Malkajgiri Division”, the entry
“Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division”, shall be substituted
(iii) in the table Column (4) for the entry “Ranga Reddy”, the entry “Medchal Malkajgiri” shall be substituted
(iv) in the table Column (5) for the entry “Toopran”, the entry “Manoharabad” shall be substituted
