New Delhi, the 13th July, 2017
S.O. 2437(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District Land Acquisition
Officer, West Champaran as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authorities under
the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of
stretch of land from Km. 89+800 to Km. 91+700 of the National Highway No. 28B for building
Construction of ROB at Km. 91 (Bagaha) maintenance, management and operation in the State of
Bihar, as specified in the schedule given below.
