S.O. No. 931(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special District Revenue Officer, LA-NH, Dindigul as
the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the spur stretch (SH-37) between NH-7 and NH-209
from Design chainage 0+000 to 30+746 (Kamalapuram – Oddanchatram section) for building (widening/Four/Six laning
etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Tamil Nadu as specified in the Schedule given below.
