CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 14th October, 2016
S.O. 3202(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways vide S.O. No. 2803(E),
dated the 29th August 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii), dated the 29th August, 2016, namely:—
In the schedule to the said notification:—
(i) Against sr. no. 2 in column no. 3 the stretch of land from existing km. 229.527 to 328.450 may
be read as from existing km. 229.527 to 271.100 and existing km. 274.945 to 328.450.
(ii) Against sr. No. 2 in column No. 7 after the entry of 14 No. village Kodiyala Dogi the village
Gugtyani Malli entry shall be inserted on village No. 15.
(iii) Against sr. No. 2 in column No. 5 Tehsil Kirti Nagar may be read as Tehsil “Devprayag”
