S.O. 2317(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the schedule notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway number S.O.3656 (E) Dated 6th December, 2016
published in the Gazette of India. Extraordinary Part II Section3, Subsection (ii) dated the 6th December, 2016.
In the Schedule to the said Notification
Against Serial No.03 relating to Chhatarpur District. Tehsil Maharajpur for Police Station, Garhimalhera, village Namely
GarhiMalhera shall be omitted from Column No.3 and separated in Serial No.1 & 2, as villages Garhi and Malhera,
respectively.
