CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 12 May, 2016
S.O. 1732(E) .– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping Road Transport and Highways (Department
of Road Transport and Highways), number S. O. 2043 dated 14.08.2008, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 14.08.2008, namely:-
(a) In the schedule to said notification, against Serial Number 1 relating to District in Column 4, for the
entry “Thane”, the entry “Palghar” shall be substituted.
(b) In the schedule to said notification, against Serial Number 2, before column 5 relating to
TalukaVasai, the new entry “Palghar” shall be inserted in column no.4.
(c)In the schedule to said notification, against Serial Number 2, before column 5 relating to
TalukaThane, the new entry “Thane” shall be inserted in column no.4.
