NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th April, 2017
S.O. 1283(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column
(2) of the schedule annexed hereto as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under
the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of
the stretch of land specified in the column (3) of the said schedule relating to district, tehsil, police stations
and villages mentioned in columns (4), (5), (6) & (7) respectively of the said schedule the Bypass Barmer city
on NH-15 Jaisalmer-Barmer-Sanchore in Barmer district, for building (widening/ two-laning, etc.)
maintenance, management and operation of Bypass- for Barmer city in the state of Rajasthan.
