NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2017
S.O. 3958(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Number S.O. 794
(E) dated the 26th April, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section
(ii) dated the 26th April, 2011 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 2460 (E) dated the 13th October, 2012 and
S.O. 242 (E) dated the 14th January, 2016 namely :—
In the Schedule to the said notification No. 2460 (E) dated 13th October, 2012 in the English part:—
(i) Against Sl. No. 7, Column No. 2 against Tahasildar Patna, the entry “Special Land Acquisition
Officer, NH-215, Keonjhar” may be substituted.
(ii) Against Sl. No. 8, Column No. 2 against Tahasildar Keonjhar Sadar the entry “Special Land
Acquisition Officer, NH-215, Keonjhar” may be substituted.
(iii) Against Sl. No. 9, Column No. 2 against Tahasildar Banspal, the entry “Special Land Acquisition
