New Delhi, the 15th September, 2020
S.O. 3162(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and
Highways). Number of S.O. 2517 (E ). Dt: 8th August 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II,
Section 3, Sub section (ii), namely;
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial numbers 3&4, under column (2), for the entry “Sub
Collector, Tirupati”. The entry “Sub-Collector / Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupati” shall be subsituated.
