S.O. 3143(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway. S.O. No. 867(E), dated 17th March, 2017
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 17th March, 2017,
namely:—
In the preamble to the said notification for the words and figures “Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition
No. 2, Satara”, shall be substituted by “Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition No. 9, Satara.”
