NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
S.O. 205(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in
the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and
Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways), number S. O. 514 (E) dated the 7th April,
2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) and
subsequently amended vide S.O. 1242 (E), dated 2nd August, 2006, S. O. 1672 (E), dated the 8th July,
2009 & S. O. 2951 (E), dated the 14th December, 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:—
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial no. 2 relating to district “Faridabad”, in
column (6),
(i) After the entry “(15) Aduwa”, the entry “(16) Atali” shall be inserted;
(ii) After the entry so inserted “(16) Atali”, the entry “(17) Sahupura Khadar” shall be
inserted;
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial no. 2 relating to district “Palwal”, in
column (6),
(i) After the entry “(19) Nangla Brahman”, the entry “(19A) Alawalpur” shall be inserted;
