NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th September, 2017
S.O. 3164(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector-I, Prakasam as the
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from
Km. 98/000 to Km. 131/230 of the National Highway No. NH-340C for building (widening, 4/6 laning, etc.),
maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
