NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
S.O. 187(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the DEPUTY
COLLECTOR, KUTIYANA as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority
under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
in respect of the stretch of land from Km 0 0.00 to Km 117.600 of NH No. 27 [old NH-8B] for
building (widening/four laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Gujarat
as specified in the schedule given below.
