NOTIFICATION
New Delhi the 4th June, 2017
S.O. 1905(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number
S.O. 2387(E) dated 4th July, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, sub-section
3(ii), dated 13th July, 2016, namely:—
(a) In the preamble of the aforesaid Notification “Competent Authority for Land Acquisition
(NHAI), Ganjam, Chatrapur” the words “Land Acquisition Officer, Competent Authority (NH)
Ganjam, Chatrapur” shall be substituted.
(b) In the schedule to the aforesaid notification, against the district relating to Ganjam, against taluk
relating to Chatrapur, against Police Station relating to Chatrapur, against name of village
Chatrapur shall be included.
