S.O. 2508(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number
S.O. 3468(E), dated the 17th November, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section
3, sub-section (ii), dated the 17th November, 2016, namely:-
In the schedule to the said notification, against serial number 1, relating to Competent Authority
“Special Land-Acquisition Officer, Raebareilly”, the entry “Special Land-Acquisition Officer (Joint
Organization) Raebareilly” shall be substituted.
