S.O. 3360(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
number S.O. 813 (E), dated the 26th April, 2011 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary ,
Part –II, Section 3, sub Section (ii) dated 26th April, 2011 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 746
(E), dated the 4th April, 2012 namely,
