New Delhi, the 28th March, 2017
S.O. 1078(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bathinda as the
Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 6.98 to km.7.20 of the
NH No. 54 for Construction of ROB in lieu of level crossing no. C-184 at km. 7.60 of NH-64 (New NH-54) in
Bathinda in the State of Punjab, as specified in the schedule given below.
