New Delhi, the 28th July, 2016
S.O. 2649(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District
Magistrate (LA), Burdwan as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authorities under
the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of
Construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of level crossing No. 6/B/T at Km. 284.170 and Unmanned
level crossing at km. 303.900 of NH-60 in the State of West Bengal, as specified in the Schedule given
below.
