NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2017
S.O. 3196(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer, Dharwad
as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 89.270 to
Km. 198.500 of the National Highway No. 150A for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation in the State of Karnataka as specified in the Schedule given below.
