New Delhi, the 5th January, 2018
S.O. 161(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Tahasildar, Kolabira as the competent authority to
perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in
the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 269/300 to Km. 328/200 of the National Highway No.
49 including Kuchinda by-pass (Jharsuguda to Bhojpur section), for building, maintenance, management and operation
in the State of Odisha as specified in the Schedule given below.
