S.O. 267(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways vide S.O. 1849(E) dated the 24th May,
2019, namely :
In the Schedule to the said notification No. 1849(E) dated the 24th May, 2019, in the English part:-
Against District - Deogarh, Taluk - Deogarh, Village- Teleibani, against Sl. No. 6, against Survery
No. 116/295, in Col. No. 6, the mentioned area of 0.0000000 Hectare is corrected to 0.0202347 Hectare (which
is equivalent to 0.05 acre).
