NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st June, 2017
S.O. 1765(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition No. 11, Pune as the
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 93.850 to Km 128.780 of the
National Highway No. 160 for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the
State of Maharashtra as specified in the Schedule given below.
