New Delhi, the 20th November 2017
S.O. 3670(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District Land Acquisition Officer, Dumka as the
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 90.000 to km. 94.000 of the
National Highway No. 133 for building (widening/four laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation in the State
of Jharkhand as specified in the Schedule given below.
