New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
S.O. 176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Joint Collector-I, Kurnool as
the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km.6/000
to Km.98/000 of the National Highway No. NH-340C for building (widening 4/6 laning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedle given below.
