New Delhi, the 20th November, 2017
S.O. 3694(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway No. S.O.1840(E) dated the 08th August,
2011 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 08th August,
2011, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification-
i) In the schedule to the said notification at Sl. No. 2 under the column name of Village at Sl. No. 17
‘Tandlaj’, may be treated as deleted and its place a new village by the name “Jalgaon City” be
inserted.
ii) In the schedule to the said notification at Sl. No. 3 under the column name of Village at Sl. No. 20
‘Mondhale Bk., may be read as ‘Mondhale Pr. A’.
