New Delhi, the 20th November 2017
S.O. 3665(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the
National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District
Revenue officer Yamunanagar as the competent authority to perform the functions of such
authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km.70.700 to km. 179.285 of the National
Highway No. 73 for building (widening/four laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation
in the State of Haryana as specified in the Schedule given below.
