NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th February, 2018
S. O. 717(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the DCLR, Kahalgaon as the
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 1.700 to
Km. 9.000 of the National Highway No. 133 for building (widening/four laning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation in the State of Bihar as specified in the Schedule given below.
