NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2017
S.O. 3976(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1760(E),
dated the 1st June 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii),
dated the 1st June 2017, namely:—
In the said Notification—
(a) In the schedule table,
(i) At Page No. 01, Column No. (7), “Name of Village”, after the entry “(7) Sarole” the
entry of “(8) Patkul and (9) Penur”shall be inserted against Mohol Taluka of column
no. 5. The existing entries “(1) Patkul”, (2) Penur” against Pandharpur Taluka of
column no.5 shall be deleted.
(ii) In Column No. 2, “Name of Competent Authority”, for Satara District “Sub Division
Officer, Phaltan” shall be substituted as “Dy. Collector Land Acquisition No. 16,
Satara.”
(iii) In Column No 5, of Taluka “Khandala”, of District Satara in Column No. 7, “Name
of Village”, after the entry “(1) Lonand” the entry of “(2) Andori, (3) Bavakalwadi &
(4) Pimpre Bk” shall be inserted and the existing entries (2) & (3) shall be
renumbered as (5), (6).
(iv) In Column No. 5, of Taluka “Purandhar”, of District Pune in Column No. 7, “Name
of Village”, after the entry “(4) Jeur”, the entry of “(5) Kamatwadi”, shall be inserted
and the existing entry (5) shall be renumbered as, (6). After the entry “(17) Shivari”,
the entry of “(18) Nilunj”, “(19) Khalad”, “(20) Kalewadi”, “(21) Zendewadi” shall
be inserted and the existing entries (17), (18), (19) and (20) shall be renumbered as,
(18), (19), (20), (21).
