NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th June, 2017
S.O. 2072(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition officer, Dharwad as the
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to Km. 1+000 of the National
Highway No. 367 for building (Construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of Level Crossing No. 56 at Km. 0+200
(Design Km. 0+462) of the NH- 367 in the district of Koppal) maintenance, management & operation in the State of
Karnataka as specified in the Schedule given below.
