New Delhi, the 16th February, 2018
S.O. 706(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Tahasildar, Simulia, Land
Acquisition Officer, Collectorate, Bhadrak as the competent authorityy to perform the functions of such
authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
in respect of the stretch of land from Km 0.000 to 60.300 of the National Highway No 316 A for building
(Consultancy for preparation of Feasibility Study/Detailed Project Report of selected state road stretches for
Two/Four laning with paved shoulder NH Configuration under Bharat Mala Scheme- Jamujhadi-Dhamra
(Package no. NHAI/PC/04), for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and
