New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017
S.O. 2075 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers
mentioned in column (2) of schedule annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the function of such
authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, in
respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to district,
taluk, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building
(Construction of ROB and its approaches in replacement of existing level crossing at Km.119 of NH -30), maintenance,
management and operation of the stretch of land from km. 118+000 to km. 120+000 of the National Highway No. 30
(Bakhtiyarpur- Mohania) in district Bhojpur in the State of Bihar as specified in the Schedule given below.
