S.O. 3662 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping Road Transport and Highways Department of Road Transport
and Highways number S.O. 1165 (E), dated 08th August, 2005 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 1769 (E) dated 30th
June, 2015 and S.O. 1896 (E), dated 13th June, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3,
Sub-Section (ii) dated 30th June, 2015 and 13th June, 2017 namely:-
In the amendment Notification No. S.O. No.1896 (E), dated 13th June 2017, for the words "Additional District
Magistrate Finance and Revenue cum Special Land Acquisition Officer, Saharanpur", the words "Special Land
Acquisition Officer, Sharanpur and Muzaffarnagar" shall be substituted.
