S.O. 198(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956, (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Revenue
Officer Rewari as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of
the stretch of land from Km. 12+000 to Km. 35+550 of the National Highway No. 11 (Rewari-
Narnaul – Pacheri Kalan Section) including proposed Rewari Bypass and National Highway No.
352W (Vijay Nagar – Jaitpur Shekhpur Section) for building (widening/four-laning, etc.)
maintenance, management and operation in the State of Haryana as specified in the Schedule given
below.
