S.O. 4318(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.3791(E), dated the 31st July 2018
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) dated the 31st July’ 2018 namely:-
In the schedule to the said notification:-
(i) In the village name Suwakota Sr. No. 1 to 16 consider as a village name Rojwas.
(ii) In the village name Suwakota Sr. No. 6, Survey No. 161/1/1 corrected as a 162/1/2.
(iii) In the village name Suwakota Sr. No. 13 Survey No. 190/Min-2 corrected as a 191/Min-2.
