New Delhi, the 20th March, 2018
S.O. 1234E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition Officer (J.O.), Allahabad as
the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 135.230 to km 153.795
of the National Highway No. 96/330 for building (Widening/Four-laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation
in the State of Uttar Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
