NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017
S.O. 2073(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2649 (E) dated the 28th July,
2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section(ii), namely:-
i) In the preamble to the aforesaid notification, instead of the words ''Additional District Magistrate (LA),
Burdwan'' the words ''Additional District Magistrate (LA), Purba Bardhaman'' shall be substituted.
ii) In the schedule to the aforesaid notification, in column 2, ''District", the entry ''Burdwan'' shall be read as
''Paschim Bardhaman''.
