NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th April, 2017
S.O. 1279(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mention in column
(2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under
the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of
the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to the
district, taluk, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) & (7) respectively of the said
Schedule for building (widening and strenghting etc.) Fatehpur to Jhujhunu Road on NH-11, for construction,
maintenance, management and operation of the National Highways 11 in the state of Rajasthan.
