New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
S.O. 168(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector,
Anantapuramu as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said
Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of
the stretch of the land from km. 76/0 to km. 103/0 of the National Highway No. 42 for building
(widening/four-laning etc.) maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh
as specified in the Schedule given below:
