New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
S.O. 177(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in
coulmn (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
Authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official
Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land for In-Principle approved stretch of NH from Raigad/Pune
District Border - Bhor - Shindewadi - Shirwal - Lonand - Wathar - Satara specified in the corrosponding
entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to districts, talukas, police stations and villages mentioned in
column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening / Four Lanning, bypasses
(if any) etc.) in the State of Maharashtra as specified in the schedule below;
