S.O. 1184(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Prant Officer & Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nizar as
the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 82.020 to Km. 84.235,
Km. 94.535 to Km. 94.665, Km. 97.800 to Km. 99.300, Km. 99.350 to Km. 99.750 (Taloda to Dodwe Section) in the
